H.A. Electrical tech (pty) ltd has a one-year guarantee on all electrical works from the completion date. Furthermore, we guarantee that all electrical products and/or components meet with the highest standards of electrical quality and safety.
This guarantee includes but is not limited to:

Compliance with electrical regulations and standards: The
electrical work will be performed in compliance with all relevant electrical
regulations and standards, ensuring that the work is safe and up to code.
Quality of workmanship:
The electrical work will be
performed with the highest standards of quality and workmanship, ensuring that
the work is durable and reliable.
Warranty for parts and products:
H.A. Electrical Tech (pty)
ltd, guarantees that all electrical products and components meet the minimum
electrical standard and are SABS approved. Additionally, the manufacturer's
warranty terms and conditions apply to all electrical parts and products used, H.A.
Electrical tech (pty) ltd will inform our clients of these details.
Customer satisfaction:
H.A. Electrical tech (pty) ltd gaurantees Customer
satisfaction, ensuring that all our customers is happy with the quality and
performance of H.A. Electrical tech (pty) ltd's electrical work.
All warranties and guarantees are forfeited:
If the client defaults in payment.
Normal wear and tear:
Workmanship warranties does not cover
damage that occurs because of normal wear and tear
Third-party modifications or repairs:
Warranties and guarantees
will be voided if the electrical work is modified or repaired by someone other
than H.A. Electrical tech (pty) being the original contractor or if
non-original electrical parts and components are used.
Acts of nature or accidents:
Workmanship warranties will not
cover damage that occurs because of accidents or natural disasters, such as
fire, flood, or lightning strikes due to client’s own negligence.
Misuse or abuse:
Workmanship warranties will not cover
damage that results from misuse or abuse of the electrical system, such as
overloading circuits or exposing components to extreme temperatures or
conditions.
Failure to maintain the system:
Workmanship warranties and guarantees
will be voided if the electrical system is not properly maintained or if the
customer fails to follow the recommended maintenance procedures as specified by
the manufacturer.
